This training series has been designed to familiarise participants with the contents of the documents. This includes navigating your way around each document, the terms and definitions and clause by clause applications.

Commercial Building Owners and Property Managers - Your local Council will issue your building with a Compliance Schedule. From then on it’s your job to organise checks and store the relevant records with this document, usually onsite.

The most logical place is to keep all records of inspections by you, staff, building occupiers, and independent contractors within a folder. It is then easy to find, ready to use and available for inspection. You also need to keep two years with of those records.
