IQPs - the people who keep commercial buildings safe.
IQPs - or Independent Qualified Persons - are people (or firms) who are qualified to check fire alarms, sprinklers, lifts and other safety systems within buildings, and ensure the necessary maintenance occurs. ‘Independent’ means that the person (or firm) has no financial interest in the building.
